We recently developed an invoice generator for our locums, and felt it would be right to publish a special version for our Optometrists and Dispensing Opticians. The idea behind the utility was to create a quick and convenient means of producing a formatted invoice, for the smaller independent practices, where there’s no regimented form provided for the payment process. If you like this resource, don’t forget to let your friends and colleagues know about it. People love things that are both helpful and free – they’re bound to be grateful for your heads up.
Creating your invoice is easy. Enter the relevant details into the form below. When you’re ready, hit the “Make invoice” button.

YOUR INVOICE…
To save your invoice, simply right-click on it (or hold your finger on your mobile device screen until the context menu appears), select “Save as…” or Save image as…”, and save to a folder of your choice. After you’ve saved your invoice, you can easily email it to the client as an attachment.
You’ll probably want to save your invoice. Apart from storing the invoice for your records, this will enable you to email it to the client – particularly useful if you’re using a mobile device and you’re unable to access a printer. To save, you’ll first need to convert your invoice to an image. Please do that by clicking the Convert to Image button below right, and then follow the instructions on screen…
