Team Locum Care
Here at Team Locum, we pride ourselves on delivering quality, person centred care. We believe vulnerable people should have the support they deserve and to be assured there will be a familiar face visiting. Care should be tailored to suit each individual person’s needs as no two people are the same and that is what we strive for. Providing outstanding care to all our clients is just as important to us as we know the impacts on you and your family when the care you or your loved one receives does not go right.
Just as each of our client requirements are different, so is our recruitment and training process. As well as full standard care training, we provide individual training to suit the clients they will be going into so we can equip them in the best possible way to enable them to carry out our high standards of care. When hiring our care staff, we try to find the right fit for each package from their experience down to their personality, we want our clients and carers to feel comfortable with each other and really enjoy their visits.
Working alongside healthcare and social care professionals we enable our clients to remain independent and safe in their own homes. We are proud to be registered with Continuing Health Care and the NHS, as well as working with independent clients.
