Team Locum is supporting one of the UK’s leading Optical and Hearing Care providers in their search for a Branch Manager to join their team.

The right candidate will have Dispensing experience but doesn’t necessarily need Manager experience.

You will be shadowing another Branch Manager first of all and will also have an Assistant Manager working alongside you. There will be an area manager available for support.

You will work closely with the Regional Manager to carry out excellent customer service, while building and motivating your team.

You will be the main point of contact for your colleagues and help guide them in completing their job. Having previous experience within the Optical field is essential to give you a kick start into your role.

Customer service is a key focus of your role, and you will be offered dynamic training to help you carry out daily tasks, as well as develop your skills.

Monday-Friday but may require some Saturdays
