Our client is looking for a Pharmacy Manager to support their business. They are a family owned and independent pharmacy.

We are seeking a skilled Pharmacy Manager to oversee our pharmaceutical operations and ensure the delivery of high-quality services to our customers. The ideal candidate will lead a team of pharmacy staff, manage inventory, and uphold regulatory compliance standards

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise pharmacy staff, providing guidance and support
• Manage pharmacy operations, including dispensing medications accurately and efficiently
• Maintain proper inventory levels and oversee stock ordering
• Ensure compliance with all legal and company policies and procedures
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer service and satisfaction
• Utilise IT systems effectively for record-keeping and prescription management
• Handle customer queries and provide expert pharmaceutical advice
• Monitor pharmacy performance metrics and implement improvements as needed

Qualifications:

• Must possess strong leadership skills to motivate and manage a team effectively
• Proficient in IT systems relevant to pharmacy operations
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
• Registered Pharmacist with relevant qualifications
• Previous experience in a managerial role within a pharmacy setting is preferred
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements governing pharmaceutical practices
